No roads in army editor

Hi again!

I couldn’t find any roads in the army editor. There are rivers but no roads.

The main reason I’d like them there is because I plan on using UB2 for 10 mm scale games (HoTT and Warmaster) which would need scaled down terrain (yes I know, I could scale up the units instead but still).

By the same token it would be great if we were able to resize terrain pieces when they’re placed on the battlefield.
