Unable to upgrade to pro

Anyone else having an issue upgrading to pro?

I'm getting: " Error, please try again..." after the paypal screen has processed.
I've tried different browsers, different payment sizes etc.
If I try immediately again on any browser it says " Finalizing purchase, please wait..." and it hangs there.

I'm having the same issue, i get the error posted above or when I try again it seems to hang, saying "Finalizing purchase, please wait".

Yup.. same issue here...tried to pay for 6 months...took the payment and then stuck on screen saying processing... waited quite a few minutes was still stuck on the screen. Logged out and signed in.. still saying upgrade to pro... try to do that and says ...cannot process due to duplicate payment. So pay for pro... and do not get pro??

I made the payment via IOS app and still not upgraded to pro

I checked with the bank about the payment and they also confirmed it

Yesterday I payed for Pro, but I don’t still use Pro Version. WHY!??

Seriously, has anyone had this issue resolved. I have paid for Pro twice. Still can not save my things. Is there someone to contact? Anyone have any advise?
